Kristen (Joy the Unicorn) founded this company because she loved facepainting her own 4 children (she hit the jackpot with 2 sons and 2 daughters)!

As an Engineer by trade, Kristen enjoys expressing her creative side through face painting and balloon twisting.  Enthusiastic and friendly, she strives to continually improve in her crafts.

Kristen chose the name "Joy Filled Face Painting" because everyone says that she always has a smile on her face...plus, there's nothing like seeing the JOY on a child's face when she hands them a mirror!

Devon, Kristen's husband, joined her in the business a few short months after she began Joy Filled, offering fun balloon animals, balloon sculptures, and balloon decor.  Also an Engineer by trade, Devon employs a spirit of excellence to all he does, including learning new designs weekly to expand his repertoire.  Stay tuned to social media for photos!

Joy Filled Face Painting began as a family business, and Kristen is honoured to be joined by her husband Devon, JFFP's main balloon twister, along with a few lovely ladies who work alongside them as the business grows.
